Job tasks and responsibilities

 

·You must be able to follow set budgets and control wastage and sale ratios, weekly report, wage report as well as be able to integrate staff roster

·Weekend work is involved and full availability is an essential part of this role

·Have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

·Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers

·The ability to lead, manage and develop a team and upskill where needed

·Sourcing, interviewing and employing staff

·Staff training, supervision and rostering

·Sourcing food and beverage suppliers

·Developing relationships with our suppliers

 

 

 

Skills and experience

 

 

Organisation must be a core strength and you must be able to effectively and efficiently independently manage the team around you whilst maintaining all health and safety standards required at all times.
