We're looking for a passionate & experienced individual who has "hospitality" running through their veins! We'd love to hear from you if you have proven Food & Beverage Supervisory experience and are looking to move onwards & upwards from your current role.

If you're passionate about food and people then you should get in touch. We are currently recruiting for an experienced F&B Supervisor to run our brand new event and function space. This is a "hands on" role for someone who has exceptionally high standards and will oversee the delivery of an exceptional food and beverage experience. Based at a leading tech giant, you'll run meetings, events and functions for both internal & external clients, the Sydney Campus is spread across three buildings with 4 restaurants, 13 micro kitchens as well as a diverse range of daily functions. 

A day in the life

• Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage delivery whilst instilling a service-minded approach within the food and beverage team
• Supervise and empower the team by providing them with the correct amount of support and development to optimise performance
• Achieve client & guest satisfaction by building productive and respectful relationships with internal and external clients
• Implement and maintain WH&S procedures

• You’ll be hands-on, engaging and supervise the team in order they deliver exceptional experiences
• You’ll be passionate about high standards of delivery and levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
• You’ll bring a thorough understanding of the operational ‘nuts and bolts’ that pertain to a successful business with regards to the F&B operation
