SKYCITY Adelaide Casino employs over 1,200 employees and offers more than 1,000 Electronic Gaming Machines, approximately 100 Gaming Tables, and a variety of bars and restaurants. In order to remain one of South Australia’s premium entertainment venues we need a diverse range of talented and motivated individuals in every aspect of our business.
Our Marketing department are seeking an experienced Customer Insights and Strategy Manager to strategically develop the Adelaide Casino business. Reporting to the General Manager - Marketing, you will build not only the existing business but assist in the planning for the Adelaide Casino Expansion.
To be successful in the position you will possess the following:
- Up to ten years experience working in an analytical position
- 5-10 years experience working within casinos
- Proven ability to impact on brand, business, marketing and customer experience strategies within
- The ability to lead a team of Analysts, providing direction and mentoring
- Ability to understand complex systems, processes and issues, with a high level of attention to detail;
- Understand key business priorities and drivers and deliver actionable insights or propose new areas for investigation
- Own customer and consumer data and advise teams across the organization to deliver key customer insights to make better decisions.
- Demonstrated experience implementing strategies to promote and drive growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary between $150,000 and $180,000.
