At Twisted Sista, we are passionate about putting a twist on life's simple pleasures. We have 5 stores across Melbourne with 2 on the way.
As second generation Italians, Gelato runs through our veins. Our freshly made authentic Italian Gelato is created with love (only as an Italian can) using the finest quality ingredients.
We need you to head up the new Pakenham store (opening soon) & lead the team to perform at their best, because we love Twisted Sista & we think you will too :)
About you:
- Passionate about inspiring others to do their best
- Leadership/2IC experience (preferably in hospitality/retail)
- Able to follow guidance & direction of franchise framework & leadership group
- Rostering experience
- Fun & know how to put some zest into your own life!
About the role:
We have full time positions available on a 7 day rotating roster.
Duties will include:
- Lead the team of staff - lead by example as you will be "on the tools"
- Weekly rostering
- Quality assurance
- Ordering stock & managing supplier relationships
- Run monthly staff meetings

Salary is $50-55k per annum, which will be discussed on interview.
