Position:

Due to company expansion, we are currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Tour Coordinator to join our busy Japanese Inbound team based in Sydney CBD office. This position is suitable for candidates with similar previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to enquiries from Japan, follow up requests;
• Prepare product information and quotations for clients;
• Liaise with local suppliers to negotiate prices;
• Process bookings, input data in the system;
• Brief tour guides and make sure that tours are running smoothly;
• Provide general support to other team members.

Essential Criteria:

• Fluent Japanese language skills (written and verbal);
• Sound knowledge of Australian tourism attractions;
• Computer literacy;
• Good customer service skills;
• Previous office work experience;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Desirable Criteria:

• Travel industry experience
