Chandler Macleod are proudly partnered with Reflections Holiday Parks - leaders in providing exceptional holiday accommodation and facilities across some of the most beautiful parts of NSW.
Due to an internal promotion, we are searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and adventurous Park Manager to oversee the management of both the Wyangala and Grabine Parks. Known for boating, fishing, water skiing and bird watching, Wyangala and Grabine are two closely located Holiday Parks surrounding Lake Wyangala and the Lachlan River, situated approximately 40 minutes from Cowra.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will responsible for overseeing a small team and ensuring day to day operations of the parks run smoothly. You will use your previous management experience to manage budgets, conduct business development activities and manage various contracts.
While it is not essential, applicants with experience within the Tourism industry would be highly regarded; however our selection will come down to the candidate that shows the right amount of enthusiasm and passion to invest themselves into making both parks a success.
The successful applicant will be provided on site accommodation in the form of a 4 bedroom house, a work vehicle, as well as a generous salary and will have access to a company boat to travel between both sites.
