JOB DESCRIPTION;

• Campaign execution and communications.
• Build and foster ongoing relationships with key airlines (via Air Contracting), suppliers, cruise lines and Tourism Bodies
• Collaborate with the Product team
• Review post campaign reports and analyse the results & come up with strategies to make it better
• Identify training needs and construct a development plan with management team


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Experience with managing competing deadlines
• Experience with building and maintaining relationships.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry in Marketing
• An understanding of search engine marketing and search engine optimisation, EDM's, display advertising and social media
• An understanding of web metrics and analytical skills to ensure marketing effectiveness
• An understanding of the internet, online marketing and e-commerce
• Degree qualified in relevant field - highly desirable but not essential
