The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Be reliable, motivated & have a strong work ethic
- Have a minimum of 4 years experience in the hospitality industry in a la carte service in a restaurant setting ONLY
- Experience with sectioned table service
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Be immaculately groomed and professionally presented
- Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Flexible with rosters for days and nights - must be available on weekends
