Responsibilities
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will have demonstrated experience leading a team. You will be responsible for providing hands-on leadership and on-the-job training for all housekeeping staff. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will communicate all requirements effectively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure operational requirements of the park are met. Duties include:
- Assisting the Park Manager with Housekeeping staff roster
- Providing direction and training to Housekeeping staff
- Cleaning cabins, ensuite blocks and amenity areas to a high standard for our guests
- Replacing linen, towels and toiletries
- Keeping storage areas well-stocked, clean and tidy
- Ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to our guests
