Rydges World Square is currently seeking a Full-Time Night Auditor to join our dynamic team of hospitality professionals.
The Night Auditor is a key member of the Guest Services team and is responsible for the overnight (11pm-7:30am) operations of the hotel. This includes verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, reconciling and balancing charges/revenue. You will also assist with all aspects of guest services, from check-ins and check-outs, luggage and valet service and any other service that a guest may required.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills
- A background in Hotel Front Office operations or prior experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Opera PMS will be highly regarded.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
- The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure
- Impeccable attention to detail.
