The Group:
The Maloney Hotel Group operates 7 successful venues, Hotel Bondi, 5 in Sydney CBD &1 in Surfers Paradise Queensland. All are known for outstanding Food, Beverage & Gaming offerings. Hotel Bondi also consists of accommodation & a Bottle shop.
We are currently seeking interest from experienced and 'hands-on' Duty Managers to join the Hotel Bondi team.
If you think you would like to join our team, we are seeking passionate, high performing leaders who are able to consistently achieve outstanding customer service and demonstrate the ability to train and develop our staff to maximise the potential of our venues, we are looking for you.
You should be able to demonstrate:
You have these Skills:
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Leadership skills in training and development of staff
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong / well rounded experience within the bar/pub industry
• Strong problem solving skills
• A passion for the industry
• Good Knowledge of OLGR and industry regulations
• Strong security management ability
• Proven Knowledge of cash handling and back of house operations
