CITY OF BLACKTOWN RSL CLUB - 'where friends love to meet', is a busy Club that is proud of its current achievements and future plans. The Club has a strong membership of almost 14,500, a dedicated staff of 42, over 200 gaming machines, The East West Buffet, a Cafe and Function facilities for up to 600 guests.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced, dedicated and customer focused professional for the position of Customer Service Manager. You will be someone who is passionate about making a difference and who is committed to optimum service standards and customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate looks like:
- Has the motto 'People ARE the business'
- Gains satisfaction from creating a happy team AND happy customers
- Someone who has a 'Hands on approach'
- Can manage any sort of conflict successfully and provide a great customer outcome
- Has the ability to manage across all of areas of the business including entertainment, Promotions, functions, Food and Beverage and Gaming.
- Consistent Communication is key, with fellow managers and staff in all areas.
The skills you need to bring:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary cash handing capabilities.
- Full knowledge of all poker machines, TAB and Keno operations.
- Practical compliance experience.
- Previous Duty Manager experience preferred
- Previous Club or Hotel industry experience
- Available to work 7 days a week on a rotating roster of mornings, afternoons, nights, weekends and public holidays.
