You will be responsible for a high standard of service and some creative input across the menu, including private functions, corporate events, wedding packages and high-end dinner parties. Advancement within this kitchen is on offer to a consistently performing, reliable, hard-working chef. 

Required: 

  • Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards always
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Australian recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience working in a similar environment

  • Demonstrated experienced in managing consistent quality

  • In depth knowledge & adherence to HACCP
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy service times
