This roles calls for a seasoned professional to join and assist the leadership team in making special once in a lifetime moments for the clientele. A beautiful dining room that opens up to an amazing panoramic view of the local beaches and sundering areas. A talented kitchen serves up the freshest and finest food in the hatted restaurant, whilst the best sommeliers manage a list with over 1600 labels and a lazy 80 by the glass.
Lead the team and create positive influence on the floor being a hands on manager who is always looking for the best customer experience. We are on the hunt for a manager who has a keen interest in wine as managing the huge wine list will be part of the day to day role and duties, WSET training will be highly regarded on your resume.
