We are a well-established and expanding hotel group operating a number of venues across the Sydney region and the Southern Highlands. Our venues are enjoyed by our loyal local customers as well as servicing high numbers of tourists visiting the region.
We are seeking experienced Chefs (all levels) to join our team in Picton. Our bistro have an Italian flavor and serve a range of bistro classics.
Reporting to our Head Chef, you will be responsible for a full range of duties from food preparation, service, cleaning, stock rotation and receiving deliveries.
Essential for this role
A minimum of two years' experience cooking in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Have the flexibility to work a seven day roster including evenings and weekends
Have a positive approach, and be a team player
Have a sound understanding of food safety and hygiene
