Benny Burger is taking our critically-acclaimed burgers on the road to Splendour in the Grass '18, and we want you to join our team to help flip out burgers to the thousands of hungry festival goers.

Who We Want
If you’re in possession of these key traits, then we want you to be apart of our crew at this year’s festival!

• A+ Communication Skills: You’ll have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build fantastic relationships with your peers and customers.  You will be able to articulate the Benny Burger brand to anyone who comes your way and encouraged to share your ideas with Benny Burger team behind the scenes.
• Gymnast-level Flexibility: As a member of the Benny Burger team, we’ll need you to be flexible in all areas of the truck, whether it’s flipping patties on the grill, hand-dipping our potato cakes or connecting with our customers.  Each station in our truck is as important as the other, and we need you to give 110% wherever you are.
• Passion for Compassion: This is your opportunity to join an awesome team in an unbelievable setting, and we expect you to have a genuine passion and interest in food, sustainability, people, and making a difference.  Help us spread the good-food word!
• Team-Player Mentality: It’s going to be a small, close-knit team up at Splendour this year, and we need you to be a reliable member of our crew. We’ll provide training to help you learn and fully understand the Benny Burger promise so you can deliver it to every festival-goer.
