Working across three departments: reception, reservations and concierge; you will be an integral part of the Hotel's operation and develop the skills required for career advancement. The task: Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, you will be trained in front office reception, reservations and concierge; developing the skills to understand the comprehensive the intricacies of each department. Then it's up to you to apply this given knowledge to maintain operations, complete tasks assigned, drive positive results and regularly adapt to changes.
