Wesley Accommodation Services are currently seeking to appoint Lodge Managers to their Lang Parade property in Brisbane inner north suburb of Auchenflower.

As part of our commitment to patients and their families, Wesley Accommodation Services are a group of motel-style facilities, designed to provide low-cost accommodation to families travelling into Brisbane, with loved ones undergoing surgery or treatment at one of the Wesley’s many services. The pristine rooms and warm and friendly greeting you receive upon your arrival at any of our facilities all play a part in ensuring the entire patient journey is centred on care.

 

Your Role:

 

Ideally suited to joint/shared arrangements (couples, retirees etc) our Lodge Managers are responsible for full time, onsite 24/7 accommodation management on a rotating roster arrangement.

 

Through the management of bookings, engineering and cleaning staff, and general day to day management of the property, you’ll provide an exceptional level of customer service to your guests and their loved ones.  

 

You’ll work collaboratively with your relive managers and other site managers to proactively resolve problems and ensure all guests are properly accommodated. You will go above and beyond in demonstrating a commitment to ensuring your guests have everything they need during their stay.

 

Your Background:

 

You’ll demonstrate previous experience in a similar role - preferably in a similar lodging style arrangement, motor inn, or small accommodation venue. You’ll demonstrate.

  • Excellent customer service skills with an ability to interact empathetically
  • Good organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Collaborative approach to team work
  • Commitment to maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement
  • Availability to work 24 hour roster
