Cater Care Services is accepting applications from duly qualified, experienced & passionate catering professionals for a Chef/Manager role at a mining village site in South Australia.

Must haves & desirables:

·         Minimum 5 years post-apprenticeship/qualification experience

·         Minimum 3 years team management/leadership experience

·         Minimum Certificate III Commercial Cookery (or similar)

·         Food Safety Handlers and/or Supervisors’ Cert (desirable)

·         Accommodation reservations systems experience (VAMS, SAMS, RMS)

·         Efficient & effective menu planning, managing budgets and food costs

·         Friendly, approachable & honest client & team relationship management

·         Manual Drivers’ License (desirable)

These role is available on a Fly In / Fly Out basis from Adelaide and attracts a 14/7 roster. This role is on the tools as a Chef for 1 week and then relief village manager for the second.
