About the business and the role
A busy hotel requires a Kitchen hand to assist in the day to day operation of the kitchen.
This is a casual position offering between 15-20 hours per week. This position requires the ideal candidate to be available to work a combination of Days, nights, weekends and public holidays as these are our busiest times.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Tasks may include but are not limited too:
- Food Preparation
- Dish washing
- Open up and Close down of kitchen
- General Cleaning duties
- Any other tasks as required by the chefs or management
Skills and experience
- Previous Experience in a fast paced restaurant or hotel environment
- Previous Experience in kitchen hand operations including dish washing, set up and clean down
- Have excellent English skills
- Have the right to work in Australia
