Our team located in St Kilda Road is now seeking a highly motivated; customer service focused Global Mobility Coordinator to join their busy team.

The Position:

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager on a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for coordinating Domestic & International relocations including moving services co-ordination. This role is the central point of co-ordination for all facets of relocation for our corporate clients.

Duties will include management of corporate client relocation assignments, database maintenance, organising travel, transport and accommodation arrangements, customer and assignee liaison, reconciling and authorising invoices, high level of phone customer service, handling assignee concerns as and when they arise and managing culturally diverse customers.

Skills & Experience:

We are looking for an extremely customer focussed individual who is keen and willing to learn. To be successful in this position you must be highly organised, possess strong customer service and communication skills, be a self-starter with initiative and drive and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Experience as a Travel Consultant or in a sales environment would be advantageous although not essential. Microsoft Office competence is essential as well as the ability to maintain a high level of service to corporate clients. Experience with relocations would be an advantage, but not essential.
