This role is perfect for a savvy, business focused Restaurant GM that is motivated to succeed. As the GM of this restaurant you will have the best of both worlds; the ability to work within a corporate structured framework but also the opportunity to manage the business as if it were your own. AND of course the opportunity to earn profit share will be a great motivator for you!

The company is secure, established and well-known. The restaurant in Bondi has a loyal clientele and a steady flow of customers. It can be incredibly fast paced and the role is of course hands on.

Your keys to success in this role will be:

• Your strengths in people management; managing the RM and ARM’s to upskill and keep the restaurant running smoothly
• Your attention to detail and skills in analytics of information, p&l management etc.
• Having a big picture approach and the ability to reflect and change as required
• Being driven by number, targets and KPI’s

Salary for the role is paying $70k + super + 10% profit share. Realistically this looks like $20-50k in profit share annually but of course this is all down to YOU!
