About the Opportunities

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from Travel Co-ordinators and/or contact centre professionals who demonstrate a passion for working with diverse individuals to potentially join our team in Canberra ACT.

Positions

Travel Co-ordinators / Contact Centre Officers / Customer Support Officers

Skills and Experience

Certificate III or higher in a business related discipline (preferred)
Previous contact centre/travel centre experience
Proven administration and data entry experience
Ability to show initiative and strong time management skills
Solid customer service experience
Competency in Microsoft Office suite

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Federal Police Clearance
Be an Australian Citizen
