Job Scope
- Assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Hard working, professional and reliable chef
- Carry out kitchen duties and support daily operations of the kitchen
- Assist in setting up and replenishing the food counters and refrigerators
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen achieve total customer satisfaction and meet company standards
- Adaptable and loves a challenge, as each day is different
Requirements/Qualifications
- Commercial Cookery Qualification or 3rd Year Apprentice
- Good working knowledge
- Basic food prep and assist the chefs
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
- Physically fit
- Positive attitude
- Knowledge of OHS & food safety
- MUST have food handling certification
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- ASIC requirements
