Quest Caroline Springs is a 4.5 star, 82 room property with conferencing and meeting facilities spread over 5 levels and is located near Derrimut, St Albans, Deer Park and Sunshine.
Quest Caroline Springs and Quest Werribee is now seeking Housekeeping Second In charge to join its enthusiastic and successful team on a casual basis working approximately 30 hours or more per week working closely with Housekeeping Supervisor.
The position involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments and perform Housekeeping Supervisor role 2 days per week to ensure the presentation of the property in accordance with the high standards of the Quest Brand.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and leadership skills, discretion with guest interaction, and a strong appreciation of workplace safety.
Previous experience in a cleaning, housekeeping supervisory position in a hotel or serviced apartment environment is essential and qualifications in hospitality would be highly regarded.
The successful applicant must be available to work shift, weekends and public holidays.
