Do you have great financial and commercial acumen and experience in travel or hotels?
We have a fantastic and rare opportunity to work in the Price and Yield team of a prominent travel provider.
About the role:
Tasked with maximizing turnover, you will manage the price position of a portfolio of destinations and build excellent relationships with suppliers in those destinations as well as reporting to internal stakeholders. Understanding the market share and ensuring the greatest margins, you will provide monthly forecasts and present strategic and tactical recommendations based on an in-depth knowledge of relevant data sources and business intelligence.
About you:
The ability to understand and report on financial information and adapt this for user’s needs is key for this role, along with using an entrepreneurial approach to identify commercial opportunities. You must be able to process large amounts of information and portray key facts to stakeholders. High attention to detail is essential, as are excellent persuasive skills. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in yield or revenue management in the travel sector. Strong excel skills are also required.
