We require the services of a Head Chef to lead a team in an established South Eastern suburbs bistro at the Boundary Hotel.

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• A passion for food and a thorough understanding of current food trends within the market
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
• Self motivation
• An ability to work successfully under pressure

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering consistency in food excellence
• Stock control and ordering
• Achieving financial targets
• Leading an enthusiastic team
• Adhering to OH&S and Food Safety Laws
• Costing and production of menu items
