Have you got experience in a high volume fine dining restaurant? An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced restaurant manager to work in a modern contemporary fine dining restaurant – Altitude
Altitude is located high above the city with panoramic views of Sydney Harbour Bridge and Opera House and is an attraction in its own right.
Reporting to the Director and Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will supervise the day to day running of the restaurant and operate the outlet at maximum profitability by maintaining the highest standards in service.
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have at least two-year experience managing a fine dining restaurant. You will be able to lead a diverse and extremely busy team whilst always providing exceptional service to our guests.
Applicants must have current RSA certification and full work rights in Australia. Student and Working Holiday Visa holders will not be considered.
