Our client is an iconic South Australian family owned and operated cafe located in the Mile End area seeking the services of an experienced Cook to join their friendly team.
The successful cook requires:
- Recent Cook Experience
- Experience in bulk cooking/cooking to recipes
- Cooling of wet dishes
- Ability to follow recipes
- Experience in a commercial kitchen
- Required to pack and vac seal all meals
- Good communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Monday to Friday 5am - 2pm, occasional Saturday. NO SPLIT SHIFT.
- Ability to maintain high levels of hygiene, health and safety
- Have attention to detail
- Confidence to work effectively in a team environment
