Established in 1947 by WWII ex-servicemen, the club has recently been extensively renovated and now boasts a broad range of culinary options for our patrons and their guests.
We are looking for a Cook/Chef with demonstrated experience in short order menu operations to work as part of the Crafty Brew Café team.
In this role you will work as part of a team. Working with the Café Manager and in conjunction with the front of house team, you will be integral to ensuring that our patrons enjoy a consistent and exceptional dining experience.
With your skill in short order cooking preparations, you will play a key role in building our reputation for the very highest quality of food.
We see you having strong communications skills; ability to multi-task; an interest in menu development but most significantly to hit the ground running you will have had experience in high volume kitchen operations.
You will be a principle driver of hygiene standards throughout all facets of the Café and in this context any formal qualifications in this regard will be highly beneficial.
