The Coffee Club Aspley & Strathpine are part of one of the largest privately owned restaurant groups in Queensland with experienced "hands-on" owners who have a long history of developing successful hospitality businesses. We are seeking to enhance our teams in these busy cafe/restaurants which open seven days from 6.30am to 10pm.
Experience
You will have experience in a busy coffee shop/restaurant and experience in The Coffee Club brand would be an advantage. With an experienced team you will receive extensive hands on training. You will also undertake training at The Coffee Club Leadership & Management Academy to develop your leadership skills.
The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive high quality service so you must have an outgoing personality, attention to detail and be able to move quickly. You will also open/close the store, manage other staff, handle customer issues, train new team members, assist with ideas to increase sales and generally assist the restaurant management team in the successful operation of the restaurant.
