In your role as Front of House Manager you will have full responsibility from open to close, staff management & reputation building of our local iconic cafe. Our cafe's seasonal menu and our team's passion for food service make this both an enjoyable and a 'leading edge' opportunity for a manager with fresh ideas and a long term focus on hospitality.
You will interact with customers and be 'on show', working amongst those dedicated to our business.
We are interested in talented and well-credentialed candidates who have a minimum of 2 years experience leading similar fast paced venues. Ideally you hold tertiary qualifications in hospitality, and can provide evidence of this as well as your suitable management experiences, which in turn must demonstrate your suitability to the RIA Level 5 Food & Beverage Supervisor standard offered.
You are self-motivated, hold a demonstrable record of punctuality and remain accountable for maintaining a high quality of service & a clean, well managed working environment.
This is equally an wonderful opportunity for younger emerging talent as it is for the experienced restaurant/cafe manager, seeking an opportunity to work Wednesday - Sunday inclusive within a day time café environment.
