The Reservations Sales Agent is a newly available role across the Novotel, ibis and Pullman Hotels within the Sydney Olympic Park precinct.
Sydney Olympic Park Hotels is the most unique Hotel precinct in NSW, being home to major sporting & entertainment events, with the most exciting event this year being the upcoming Invictus Games in October.

What will you be doing?
· Creating a memorable experience for our guests
· accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations
· Offer guests assistance at all times through professional telephone etiquette
· Providing accurate and helpful information regarding the hotel’s facilities and services
· Communicate with a diverse range of guests
You are available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings, including occasional weekends. You will have experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in hotels.
