We are seeking an experienced Cafe & Catering Chef to join our hospitality group, as we prepare to expand our Sydney businesses throughout the next 12 months.
Based in Sydney's CBD with our own organic flour production bakery, you will take control of one of our Cafe operations, with the support of a passionate and professional owner operator team.
This is an exciting opportunity Monday to Friday with exceptional remuneration, leading to full time employment within 8 weeks.
To be eligible to work with us, you MUST meet the below criteria
•3 years minimum experience leading or as a second in charge of a busy commercial kitchen producing quality catering and short order meals to similar demographics.
•Management and organisational capabilities with the ability to manage and drive turnover with the implementation of new product lines.
•A passion for the food industry
•A strong work ethic, taking pride in the quality and consistency of the food you produce
•Professional Grooming & Presentation
•Relevant Trade Qualifications
•Permission to work within Australia
