Our exciting new venue, The Pacific Club Bondi Beach, is building a talented team to bring its new restaurant to life.
Our wine list will highlight an array of amazing wines from across the world, while the food will reflect beachside cuisine based around a wood fire grill and oven.
We are a group of highly motivated, enthusiastic and positive individuals, and we are seeking the same in future members of our team. If you are an experienced Sommelier capable of bringing a high standard of service, guest engagement, wine procurement and wine cellar rotation to a venue, then this is the position for you.
Successful candidates will have a hunger to learn and continually strive to grow as an individual, as well as being a team player, and help nurture a strong hospitality culture.
