Our client a well-known local venue is looking for a positive and enthusiastic full time hospitality trainee to join their team.
With a variety of Functions & Events as well as a daily lunch and dinner service, this role is perfect for a keen and reliable person who wants to excel in a hardworking yet enjoyable team environment.
Previous customer service will be highly regarded, this is role will encompass all aspects of the business front of house and back of house. Weekend work required and reliable transport as must.
To be successful for this role you will:

- Be passionate about the hospitality industry
- Have positive and can do attitude
- Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Be flexible and self-motivated
This is a 12 month traineeship where you will complete a nationally recognized qualification, receive on the job training and hours will be required over a 7 day roster. In a full time capacity, with potential to be ongoing at the completion of the traineeship for the right candidate.
