We are seeking full time Travel Sales Consultants to share their passion for travel and join our team.
About the opportunity
At Flight Centre, we create amazing travel experiences and right now we are on the lookout for travel consultants to help make it happen! While working in our state-of-the-art stores, your role as a travel agent will be to
- Plan, book and coordinate your customer’s next amazing travel experience
- Provide outstanding customer service; face-to-face, online, and over the phone
- Build strong, ongoing relationships with your customers
- Be a part of a social and supportive team
- Work towards business targets and personal career goals
About you
- Have experience in a retail or customer service role
- Available full-time, including some weekends and public holidays
- Have strong self-motivation with an ability to identify solutions
- Unrestricted work rights within Australia (over 12 months)
- Have travelled to a variety of international and domestic destinations
- Are organised, customer-focused, and an efficient communicator
- Completed year 12 or equivalent
