Join us as Crowne Meetings Manager at Crowne Plaza Melbourne. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can be responsible for the supervision and management of the Crowne Meetings & Events Team. The Crowne Meetings Manager is responsible for delivering the overall catering and groups revenue, with support from the Proactive Sales Team and to deliver budget, in line with annual business plans and strategic sales revenue plans for Crowne Plaza Melbourne. 


The Crowne Meetings Manager also oversees the Catering and Events team to ensure seamless planning and the eventual billing of catering and groups.

 

 

 

Ideally, you'll have sound knowledge of events and administration, be focused and have a strong commitment to customer service. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Delphi or equivalent event management system. You will have a high attention to detail, possess initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Previous events experience in an accommodation environment will be highly regarded.
