The hotel currently has a vacancy for a full-time Guest Services Agent, based in the Front Office Department of the hotel.
The successful applicant's role will involve all aspects of Front Desk Operations including Guest Relations and Reservations.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and a strong desire to establish a career within the hospitality industry. Working as part of a small, friendly team the ideal applicant will gain a broad range of skills in all areas of hotel operations.
Previous experience within Front Office is preferable and the ability to work a flexible seven day roster is essential.
