Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney is currently looking for passionate and hard-working Demi chefs to join our various outlets in the Hotel. Altitude, our fine dining restaurant; Café Mix, our all day diner are searching for chefs to join their respective teams.
As a chef in Altitude (fine dining) or Café Mix (all day dining) you will be responsible for ensuring that a high standard of food service is consistently met. You are a passionate and eager individual with at least 1 years experience within a fine dining restaurant or Hotel environment. You must possess excellent communication skills whilst able to work in a busy environment.
All positions will be provided with strong guidance and the opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and harmonious work environment. You must have full time work rights in Australia.
