Vue de monde seeks creative, enthusiastic and qualified Pastry Chefs to join our hatted restaurant. This is your opportunity to work with our Head Chef & Group Executive Pastry Chef in a dedicated team.   
  
The Role & Responsibilities
As a Pastry Chef, you will support and work with a dedicated team of pastry chefs.  This role will see you work with our Vue de monde Head Chef and our Group Executive Pastry Chef. 
  
You will work with quality products in creating fine, creative and exciting desserts in the dedicated pastry kitchen.  You will possess genuine excitement and passion for the industry and the desire to build a career with an internationally recognised hospitality group.  Above all, you will be keen to learn and committed to achieving the very best.

To be successful in this role
You will need to have: 
  • Proven pastry chef experience
  • Previous or current Chefs Hat or Michelin star venue experience preferred
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Possess a strong work ethic
  • Excellent food knowledge
  • A desire to perform at the highest level
