We’re fishing for a dynamic, passionate, hospitality superstar with solid front of house experience. As our Front of House Supervisor, you will be given the rod to best coordinate, guide and motivate a small team to ensure the timely delivery of warm service and food is provided in a fun, welcoming, casual dining environment.  We pride ourselves on our diverse customer / fan base, with an abundance of regulars returning for the Hunky Dory experience several times a week.  We need you to be our brand ambassador, that warm greeting that continues to make more Hunky friends by ensuring they receive an experience they will never forget, every time.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure all Hunky customer expectations are exceeded
• Professional handling of any customer complaints
• Supervision / Management of the Front of House team
• Assisting the Store Manager to deliver on strategic and financial goals
• Coach, lead & develop your team to deliver high service standards
• Work effectively and cohesively with the Back of house team
• Ensure high quality product presentation is delivered to customer
• Ensure a superior level of store cleanliness
• Effectively roster according to staff utilisation and wage cost control
• Effectively manage and replenish stock levels
• Instil a fun work culture that is motivating and rewarding to your team
• Adherence and promotion of a safe workplace by ensuring correct process
• Adherence to Hunky workplace policies and procedures
• Working to the store budget and identifying areas for cost savings
