The Phoenix Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic, career-focused and passionate Commis Chef with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
You will be an integral part of the team as we continue to develop and lead the western suburbs food scene.
Responsible to the Head Chef, you will be required to work a five-day rotating roster covering all aspects of food preparation, service and standards.
You must be enthusiastic about cooking and working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
