Join us as a Front Office All Rounder at Holiday Inn Cairns Harbourside. You'll have ambition, talent and obviously some key skills. Because, for this vital role, we’re looking for someone who can assist our guests feel at home throughout their stay from check in to check out, creating memorable experiences by sharing your hotel and local knowledge. 


You'll have exceptional customer service and communication skills gained from working in customer-focussed environments.  Experience working in Front Office within hotels is desirable and knowledge of Opera would be an advantage.
 
Your responsibilities include guest check in and out, driving the courtesy bus, settling of accounts, portering, responding to phone queries, guest relations and reservations, as well as demonstrating strong knowledge of the hotel and local area. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as proactively building rapport with guests are key to success in this role. Time management skills are essential to this faced paced role. 
  
An Australian Open Class Drivers Licence  or International Licence is critical to be considered for the role.
