Bondi Icebergs Club requires CHEF DE PARTIE/ COOKS.
Previous pub, club kitchen experience. Busy bistro lunch & dinner 7 days per week, Breakfast on the weekends.
Experience in all areas of the kitchen-pans, grill, deep fryer.
Willing to work in fast paced air conditioned kitchen

Must have excellent English and good communication skills.

Must be able to work weekends & evening; able to work as part of strong team. Be available to WORK 30-40hrs per week. MUST HAVE AUSTRALIAN WORK RIGHTS

Full use of pool facilities for staff. Immediate start.

Registered & Licensed Club award; PENALTY rates paid.

MUST BE AVAILABLE for MINIMUM 6MNTHS. work will continue for the right applicant. Looking for long term applicants.
