We envisage this person to live and breathe food, beverage, hospitality and have an ethos of building on existing relationships.

To make the grade you will have a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills as well as a great personality and immaculate presentation.
You're a motivator, results driven and hungry to set the standards high whilst being able to keep morale flying high.

Running a high performing casual dining restaurant you will be a leader unfazed by multi tasking in demanding environments, and trouble shooting on the spot.

Skills & experience

• Previous Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager, Store Manager or Multi Site Manager experience in a fast paced hospitality environment
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Hands on leader - if you don't role up your sleeves during service and lead from the front then don't bother applying..
• Motivator - how do you bring the best out of your team?
• Personality - charisma, personable, well groomed
• Trouble shooter - confident resolving issues?
• Ability to drive revenue, cut costs and improve standards without comprising product quality
