Your opportunity

Your role and responsibilities will include, but not limited to

  • Use retailer, customer insights and listening tools to understand their needs and deliver to exceed their expectations
  • Identify areas of strategic opportunity in relation to retailers and customer experience and create short and long-term roadmaps that contribute to improved retailer and Centre performance
  • Build and nurture a customer centric culture and professional partnerships with all stakeholders to ensure Scentre Group is recognised as the leader in Centre Experience and Retailer Partnerships
  • Resolve issues and influence internal stakeholders for the best business outcomes aligned to Scentre Group purpose and strategies
  • Engage retailers on the implementation of asset’s community plans in alignment with the Scentre Group Community Strategy and purpose
  • Having an understanding of the broader retail market, industry trends, customer and community expectations

What will set you apart from the rest?

You will be a passionate, dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture.

  • Tertiary qualified desirable but not essential – preferably property, business, retail or hospitality
  • 2+ years’ experience in retail property management or with a national retailer, wholesaler, hospitality or entertainment, leisure or services organization
  • Skills -Commercial acumen, customer experience/guest services, communication, negotiating and influencing, building relationships, executive presence/represent the company
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, team player with passion and integrity
  • Ability to adapt to a 7 day a week dynamic environment
