The Publican in Mornington (formerly The Bay Hotel) is thriving and as such, our team is in need of a committed chef to join our beautifully refurbished restaurant , Ms Banks!
With an exciting Asian menu and a strong team in place, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm and drive to come along for the ride!
About the roles
Successful applicants will preferably have:
- Experience in fast paced kitchens
- Great presentation, attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team,
- Flexibility to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
- Background in Asian food a bonus.
