About the business and the role
The Pacific Suites Canberra is Canberra's multi award winning apartment hotel, just minutes from the CBD and premier shopping, dining and entertainment precinct.
We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused professional to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have:
- A passion for great customer service
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Hotel environment advantageous but not essential.
- Must have availability to work a variety of shifts, across a 7 day roster
