Flexi Staff Pty Ltd is a leading Australian owned and managed company specialising in all aspects of recruitment and labour-hire.

Due to our continued growth and success, we are looking for an experienced Kitchen Hand to start work immediately for Aged Care facilities & Hospitals - North or South of the river.

ROLE:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen
• Assisting Chef in doing food prep
• Re-heating of meals
• Plating up meals
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and food handling
• Operating Commercial Dishwasher
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Washing and cleaning pots, pans, utensils and appliances
• Assist with light meals such as sandwiches and salads
• Vitamising and dietary requirement knowledge within aged care facilities is beneficial
• Strong customer service ethics and empathy for the elderly
• Adherence to Work Health and Safety guidelines

Essentials:

• Previous experience shown on current resume
• Provide proof of working entitlements
• Must HAVE Current National Police Clearance (Issued in the last 1 year)
• Working with Children's check Advantageous
• Steel cap boots are essential
• Always having "willing to assist" attitude
